Deciding what to eat every day is SO EXHUASTING- have you ever heard of decision fatigue? Decision fatigue occurs as individuals experience mental exhaustion from making numerous choices, leading to a decline and thoughtful and effective decision-making.
You are a BUSY HARD WORKING woman and during the day you make hundreds of decisions some are big and some are small, but as the day goes on you get more mentally exhausted and when you get to the point of making the decision of what you are going to eat your don't even care or have the energy to decide, left alone cook which then leads to eating out, eating non-nutrient dense food, or just having that popcorn and glass of wine for dinner- yes we have all done it at some point!
One of the easiest ways to avoid this feeling and feeling frustrated that you can't stick to a plan or eat healthy is by creating a meal plan and prepping as much as you can to help take that GAME TIME DECISION off the table. Freeing you up to enjoy your food rather than be irritated or frustrated by it!!
So for one week, we're going to walk you through step by step the most effective way to meal plan, create a grocery list, prep your food, and add variety & flavor to your life! You will get a program guide so you feel confident about the week ahead. Each day will include two short lessons, one being educational and the second being your daily assignment, how to do and where to submit it so we can give you real-time feedback.
We will be there to support you and keep you accountable... as well as a community of other busy women who have the same goals as you. Plus, the program will be delivered through our MyCoach app to keep you accountable and have access to us at your fingertips (so you don't even have to weed through your inbox to find your daily lesson)!
By the end of the week, you will walk away with a whole month's worth of breakfast, lunch, dinners, and snacks, as well as a grocery list that will help you save some money each time!

DAY 1 DISCOVER THE FOODS YOU ENJOY
One of the major things that get in the way of eating healthy and successfully planning and prepping for the week is that we get stuck in eating the same thing over and over and over again! To spark your creativity and get out of eating the same things day in and day out we start by discovering all the foods you enjoy with a quick exercise!
DAY 2 CREATE BREAKFAST & SNACK VARIETIES
One you have a list of our favorites types of food, it's time to get creative with new ideas, recipes and combinations. On day two you fill focus on just breakfast and snacks so that it doesn't get too overwhelming. Most of us don't eat a balanced breakfast this will help us change that!
DAY 3 CREATE LUNCH & DINNER VARIETIES
On day three you will do the same thing you did on day two but will be focusing now on those lunch and dinner ideas! This is where most people tend to spend their money because by this point in the day you've already made a ton of decisions and picking what to eat is the last thing they want to do.
DAY 4 CREATE A ONE WEEK MEAL PLAN
Now that you've done the hard work for thinking of meals & snack you enjoy eating now we get to that those ideas and put them into a meal plan for next week, that works for you, your time, your schedule and your restrictions. The reason most meal plans don't work is because they are cookie cutter and don't fit your exact life and routine!
DAY 5 CREATE YOUR UNIQUE GROCERY LIST SYSTEM
Many of you hate grocery shopping for a vareity of reasons, one of them being how easy is it to go on auto-pilot at the grocery store, grabbing your favorite cookies and things you don't need which leads to a high grocery bill, and frustration that you still walk out without all the things you needed to get! Yes, I am speaking from experience here! On this day we will focus on making sure you have a simple and successful plan that you can use everytime you go!
DAY 6 REPEAT THE PROCESS
You have done the work, you have build the foundation not it's time to repeat the process and start learning some meal prepping tips!
DAY 7 CREATE A ONE-MONTH MEAL PLAN
Finally on the last day you will finish creating your month of meal plans, and grocery lists with a system and process that use month after month when done in one sitting shouldn't take long at all! In addition you will learn more out our meal prep success secrets. You won't want to miss the the secrets!
